An important construction of a turnkey, 27,000 sq ft facility for H Smith Food Group.
The new building incorporates a custom-built, high bay, energy efficient, environmentally friendly deep freeze facility. It also integrates a photovoltaic roof that generates electricity to run the freezer compressor plant. This development replaces their previous out-dated premises at Gorsebrook Park, Dagenham, and reducing their annual running costs by 50%.
