Tritax acquired the building from Threadneedle as an up built and let investment, with the entire property let to Regus. In 2019 Regus put the Stockley Park SPV into administration and vacated the building leaving Tritax with a vacant headquarter building in need of refurbishing.
Marick, following a competitive tender, were appointed by Tritax to manage the refurbishment and repositioning of the vacant headquarters building and lead the marketing campaign post practical completion.
Working with Tritax, Marick held an architectural competition and appointed TP Bennett to redesign the building to provide 70,000 sq ft of modern flexible headquarters accommodation available as a single let or multi-occupancy.
Marick’s team managed the appointment of the contractor, Oakmont, who are now on site delivering the redesigned building with an anticipated completion in Q1 2021.
