We are very pleased that we received planning approval at the committee meeting held on 15th October.
Oxford City Council has approved the plans for Marick Real Estate to redevelop 38-40 George Street for a new 145 room aparthotel operated by Staycity for their premium brand Wilde. The development will also include a new 400 sq m community space developed in partnership with Makespace Oxford.
