A complicated re-development project, Marick undertook pre-contract Project Management, Commercial Management and post-contract Contract Administration services, on this part demolition, part refurbishment and part new build re-development of an existing 20th century public house to provide 9 new bespoke apartments plus, shell only, commercial use space at ground and basement levels within the existing premises.
