Marick Real Estate, in our role as Development Manager, is pleased to announce that the building contract for our Bankes Heath Industrial Park project in Bournemouth (BH1), between Legal & General IPIF (Industrial Property Investment Fund) and Mildren Construction Limited is now complete, and works have now started on site this week.
The development will deliver 6 NEW INDUSTRIAL UNITS (ranging in size between 12,814 sq ft to 54,600 sq ft). Completion expected Q4-2025.
