Andrew Heselton

Andrew joined Marick in 2018 from Inhabit where he was a Project Director specialising in Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Private for Sale (PFS) development.  Prior to that Andrew was at CBRE before joining Gardiner and Theobald LLP in 2014 where he was promoted to Director in 2016.  Andrew specialises in the residential sector, as well as having extensive experience in the hospitality and commercial sectors.  He also has a significant track record in Construction Management, Traditional and Design and Build forms of procurement and delivery.

Andrew graduated from Reading University with a Masters in Real Estate Finance and Development and is a Member of the RICS as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
