Fiona Cunningham

As an Investment Manager, Fiona is an FCA Approved Person, responsible for the regulated Operator and AIFM Role. She joined Marick Capital Limited in January 2015 from Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance as part of our purchase of the JLLCF regulated business. Fiona brings over 15 years’ experience of working on real estate limited partnerships, providing operational and practical expertise in all administrative sides of running a fund, whilst maintaining a flexible and responsive approach to meet both clients’ and investors’ requirements. She previously worked at Kingfisher Property Partnerships, King Sturge Finance and Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance Ltd.
