Oxford, George Street – Planning Application Update

Marick Real Estate have recently submitted the planning application for the regeneration scheme of 38-40 George Street, Oxford.  The scheme designed by Studio Moren proposes a Premium Staycity ‘Wilde’ brand Aparthotel and Community Use space by Makespace Oxford.

The proposal will contribute towards the city’s need for more overnight accommodation and community space and generate employment opportunities (with Oxford Living Wage as a minimum).
