We are delighted to announce that our Park Street, Cambridge project has successfully completed and handed over.
Our construction partner, Gilbert-Ash, has successfully delivered the triple basement car park and the 5-storey 229 room Staycity “Wilde” aparthotel, with a publicly accessible courtyard.
It has been a challenging tight city centre site with significant heritage, archaeological and neighbourly agreements which we have successfully navigated.
A big thank you to the entire project team, Cambridge City Council, Staycity, the surrounding stakeholders and community for all of the tremendous work and support on this project.
