We are pleased to confirm Phase 1 of Hillthorn Business Park, a joint venture with Sunderland City Council and Legal and General, has successfully achieved Practical Completion.
Phase 1 consists of 7 Industrial units totalling 363,150 ft2. The project successfully achieved BREEAM Excellent; with Photovoltaic Panel provision.
