In 2018, Marick Real Estate acquired a 4 acre site at Rainton Bridge, Sunderland and undertook the direct development of a 524 grade car park servicing the occupiers of the business park.
The spaces were fully leased, during the 24 week construction period, to occupiers of the park on coterminous leases to the tenants’ occupational leases.
The completed development was sold to Magnolia Estates Limited.
