Marick Real Estate is appointed as Development Partner by Legal and General’s IPIF fund to manage the delivery of 6 units, 116,681 sq ft, speculative industrial development, along with enhanced facilities works for the existing tenant in Bournemouth.
Marick have been appointed as both the Quantity Surveyor and the Project Manager/Employers Agent.
The project has been split into two phases, The Facilitating Works which includes the development of small driver buildings, new parking areas for cars and HGV’s. This is on behalf of an existing tenant COTY. There is also the Main Development Works, which consist of six units split into three buildings, with ancillary office space, car parking (inclusive of EV charging points), service yards and associated works, including landscaping, gates, fencing, refuse and cycle stores.
