Construction of a 7 storey concrete-framed mixed office and shared workspace building, with a GIFA of approximately 53,800 sq ft. The offices and workspaces were completed to a standard similar to a Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, whilst the core areas (including lifts, staircases and WC areas) were fully finished. There is an external terrace to part of the flat roof area, and a plant enclosure.
