Plot 3, the key remaining development site in Temple Quay in Bristol, previously an Enterprise Zone, is currently owned by Homes England and comprises a 2-acre site adjoining the Grade 1 Listed Bristol Temple Meads rail station (oldest in UK) and the floating harbour.
Marick Real Estate secured planning consent for the development in 2024 which comprises a 108 unit build-to-rent residential block (with 20% affordable housing at Local Housing Allowance rates) overlooking the floating harbour, an aparthotel (168 keys), hotel (234 keys) and substantial public realm including a new harbour walkway and ecological zone.
The site and its surrounding masterplan will cater for a series of mixed-use communities, including office and commercial spaces, leisure, a pedestrianised civic square, a conference centre, and student housing.
