Marick were selected by Stihl to act as Development Managers, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for their new UK head office. The site is located off the A331 in Camberley providing circa 95,000 sq ft of industrial warehouse space and 6,350 sq ft of commercial office space across three floors.

The works included the installation of a state-of-the-art autostore facility for product selection and distribution, and fitout of the warehouse with racking and FFE to the office areas. The scheme delivered several sustainable initiatives, including circa 17,200 sq ft of PV’s at roof level of the warehouse, providing power to both the warehouse and office buildings, and up to 26 EVC charging points and electric cycle charging provision.

Marick secured full planning consent for Stihl in December 2020 and following a lengthy procurement process, Glencar were appointed as main contractor to deliver the project which completed in 2023.
