Providing Due Diligence and Fund Monitoring services on behalf of Aviva Investors in relation to the development of a new pre-let office building in Cambridge.

The scheme involved the demolition of the existing office premises (Daedalus House) and construction of a new office building spanning over seven stories plus basement. The new CAT A office provided over 114,000 sq ft of new office space and 51 car parking spaces.
