Following completion of the base build works at 50/60 Station Road, Marick, who provided Fund Monitoring services on the base build scheme, were retained by the Landlord (Aviva Investors) to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services to complete base build enhancement works.

The works included an extension to the base build reception space into the neighbouring shell and core retail unit to provide an improved reception experience and a new café/breakout space. Further improvements were made to the cycle facilities via the introduction of a bicycle travellator and upgrades were installed to the CCTV system to ensure the building aligned with the Landlord’s vision to provide best-in-class office space.

The project was successfully delivered to tight time constraints and was completed on programme in June 2019, ahead of the first tenant’s operational date which was a mere eight weeks following handover of the base build scheme.
