Marick were engaged by Aviva Investors to provide Due Diligence and Fund Monitoring services for the construction of a new office building comprising eight storeys plus basement.
The new development will provide over 155,000 sq ft of new office space, three new retail/café units, ancillary accommodation/facilities and 79 car parking spaces.
The project was successfully completed in April 2019 and Marick were retained to undertake project management services on behalf of Aviva Investors to project manage Landlord enhancement works to the building to align it with the Landlord’s vision for a best-in-class office building.
