Marick developed the final phase of two industrial units at Kites Croft in the heart of the Southampton and Portsmouth conurbation.
The first unit provided 30,400 sq ft of distribution and industrial space, with associated first floor office and car parking.
A second unit comprised 9,500 sq ft of production, industrial and office space and was pre-let during construction.
