Marick were appointed as Project Manager for the construction and fit out of an 80 bedroom Travelodge which was designed to build over the existing Arena facility at Stockley Park.
This project also included a new reception/entrance at the existing ground floor level of the Arena as well as an additional car park for 30 extra car parking spaces.
