Joint Venture between Marick Real Estate and Mill Lane Estates
Marick Real Estate, in joint venture with Mill Lane Estates, have developed a 150 bedroom Courtyard by Marriott on the Keele University campus to satisfy the substantial demand for overnight accommodation generated by the University.
Funding for the project was provided from Legal & General using an income strip structure.
Marick Real Estate and Mill Lane Estates are responsible for the operation of the hotel from Practical Completion.
