Lambeth – Civic Redevelopment

A major regeneration scheme forming part of a 5-year programme to reposition the Town Centre.

Working in joint venture with the Local Authority, this scheme included the refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed civic building for commercial use, a new civic centre and significant phases of new, private and social residential housing and substantial urban realm improvements.
