Lambeth – Ivor House

Refurbishment of an existing listed, art deco industrial building to create 26 luxury market sale residential units. The works involved the reconstruction and demolition of sections of the existing floor plate, and the addition of two new floors. The flats were finished to a very high standard and the works included the provision of associated amenity space and cycle storage.
