Leeds – Bridgewater Place

Bridgewater Place is Leeds’ tallest building providing 250,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation together with 15,000 sq ft of retail space, 200 apartments and multi-level car parking. It was the largest speculative office development in the last cycle and the majority was let before practical completion.
