A sensitive project requiring full modernisation and refurbishment of a Grade II listed property of over 7,000 sq ft.

The scope of responsibility includes the co-ordination of an Italian based designer and artisan tradesmen to complete a comprehensive refurbishment, including the introduction of comfort cooling and home automation together with construction of a new basement within a listed building.
