London – 693-697 Wandsworth Road

The project comprised the redevelopment, refurbishment and extension of the Artesian Well (693-695 Wandsworth Road). The demolition and replacement of The Lost Society (697 Wandsworth Road) to create/retain a shell and core public house, with acoustic and fire enhancement works at lower ground and ground floor levels of the Artesian building. This provided nine new residential apartments within the replacement building at no. 697 and above the retained public house at nos. 693-695 including all associated external works.
