Marick supported Partners Group in the acquisition of the existing vacant buildings.
We prepared the site for development by renegotiating the planning permission, settling Rights of Light matters and handling stakeholder negotiations.
We managed the demolition of the site and satisfying planning pre-commencement conditions so the site is ‘oven ready’ for development.
In July 2017 we sold our position in the development to Partners Group to proceed with the construction phase of the project.
