Marick were appointed by Marston Properties to provide Project Management, Contract Administration and pre-contract Quantity Surveying services. The project was completed in 2021 and delivered 8,600 sq ft of GIA residential space.

This award-winning project involved the redevelopment of a former industrial warehouse in Clapham to provide nine dwellings across two floors, with a communal landscape courtyard as the central focal point.

The complex courtyard site presented logistical challenges to facilitate construction access off Lavender Hill via a cobbled Mews, and involved multiple Party Wall awards with neighbouring properties.

The building has brickwork façades and displays a number of architectural features including vertical pilaster, articulated frontages and twisted soldier course friezes.
