London – Emanuel School (Science Block)

Marick have been appointed by Emanuel School to act as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for their new science and dining building. The project is one of the largest developments undertaken on the main site at Emanuel School, Battersea Rise, London. The project will transform the school’s educational offering, with a large light-filled refectory on the ground floor, doubling as an assembly and multi-use space, and specialist science labs, classrooms and computing/coding rooms above. The project will be targeting a BREEAM rating of “Excellent” and will be adopting a broad range of renewable technologies to maximise the sustainable credentials of the building.
