In 2017, Marick, along with our joint venture partner, developed a 209 bedroom Hampton by Hilton close to the Excel Centre and opposite London City Airport.
The hotel was developed using, at the time, leading edge modular construction technology which allowed us to fabricate the entire twin room/corridor module off-site giving us a simplified supply chain that ensured real programme efficiency.
On practical completion and opening, the hotel was sold to Aprirose for £32m
