Direct Development in Joint Venture between Marick Real Estate, Mill Lane Estates and Topland

Marick Real Estate, in joint venture with Mill Lane Estates and Topland, acquired 2 acres of land from Trafford Park Estates for the development of a new 220 bedroom Holiday Inn Express hotel at Trafford City.

Following similar procurement techniques to our Royal Docks scheme, this also demonstrated the ability to deliver modular construction technologies with great effect working with CIMC who delivered the ready fitted modular units and our contractor Bowmer & Kirkland.

On completion the fully operational hotel was sold to HH Investments, of Singapore for £26m.
