Construction of a turnkey, 27,000 sq ft facility for H Smith Food Group.
The building incorporated a custom-built, high bay, energy efficient, environmentally friendly deep freeze facility. It also integrated a photovoltaic roof that generated electricity to run the freezer compressor plant. This development replaced their previous out-dated premises at Gorsebrook Park, Dagenham.
