As part of Marick’s long term involvement in the North East of England, we have worked with several of the suppliers to the Nissan Car Plant and the wider automotive industry.
In 2015 we completed the new 30,000 sq ft high-specification factory that provided an additional robotic production line producing car seats for the Nissan plant in Sunderland as well as servicing new contracts from Jaguar Land Rover.
In 2017 we completed a 10,000 sq ft R&D extension and additional storage area to meet the growing contracts Lear were securing from the major car manufacturers.
