Providing Due Diligence and Fund Monitoring services on behalf of Aviva Investors in relation to the development of a new pre-let office building in Cambridge.
The scheme involves the demolition of the existing office premises (Daedalus House) and construction of a new office building spanning over seven stories plus basement. The new CAT A office will provide over 114,000 sq ft of new office space and 51 car parking spaces.
The project commenced on site in September 2019 and is due to complete in July 2021.
