Following completion of Phase 1 and 2 at Avocet Business Park for Rainham Steel Investments Phase 3 Works have now commenced.
The works comprise the design, construction, fitting out of 2 speculative new industrial warehouse units of over 80,000 sq ft GIA incorporating offices, car parking and service yard area. Completion of the works is expected Q4 2024.
