Edgbaston Mills is a 2-acre site opposite Edgbaston cricket ground, adjoining Cannon Hill Park and other residential developments including the Hemisphere apartments and a scheme, by Patrizia, of 380 BTR units.
The site was purchased for a hotel development, but this has been revised by Marick (MRE), in its development role to a Build to Rent (BTR) development of 380 units, ancillary car parking and a 6,000 sq ft retail unit.
Work is on-going on finalising the design alongside stakeholders and engagement with the local planning authority.
