Construction of a seven-storey concrete-framed mixed office and shared workspace building, with a GIFA of approximately 5000 sq m. The offices and workspaces will be completed to a standard similar to a Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, whilst the core areas (including lifts, staircases and WC areas) will be fully finished. There is an external terrace to part of the flat roof area, and a plant enclosure (and access thereto) to the remainder. External works will be executed to the immediate perimeter of the building.
