MPS were appointed by Marston Properties to provide Project Management, Contract administration and pre-contract Quantity Surveying services. The project was completed in 2021 and delivered 800sqm of GIA residential space.
This award-winning project involved the redevelopment of a former industrial warehouse in Clapham to provide nine dwellings across two floors, with a communal landscape courtyard as the central focal point.
The complex courtyard site presented logistical challenges to facilitate construction access off Lavender Hill via a cobbled Mews, and involved multiple Party Wall awards with neighbouring properties.
The building have brickwork façades and display a number of architectural features including vertical pilaster, articulated frontages and twisted soldier course friezes.
