Marick Real Estate were appointed Development Manager to New City College in November 2020 following a public procurement bidding process. New City College need to redevelop their Poplar campus for a new college estimated at £100m and are looking to dispose of surplus land for residential development to fund the project.
Marick’s role is to assist NCC in the disposal of the surplus land to achieve the capital receipt to allow the redevelopment of the Poplar campus. In addition, advise on a temporary decant site for the college whilst redevelopment is being undertaken.
The enabling sites being disposed of are for proposed affordable housing delivered in partnership with the Public Sector.
