Marick Real Estate were instructed to develop and manage the implementation of the business plan for this brownfield site extending to 19 acres on the edge of Newcastle City Centre for 1,100 residential units including the installation of infrastructure required for the development of the wider Forth Yards Development Area (FYDA).
Consent was secured in January 2023 and subject to grant support funding to assist in the delivery of the area-wide infrastructure, the site is to be developed in accordance with the consent.
