Sectional Completion of the underground Park Street Car Park, Cambridge

Since 2020, when we submitted pre planning CGI’s, we are proud to announce that our construction partner, Gilbert-Ash, has successfully achieved the first project milestone of Sectional Completion of the underground Park Street, Car Park, Cambridge. A 5-storey 229 room Staycity “Wilde” aparthotel which sits above the car park will be handed over in the spring of 2025. The project was planned specifically to ensure that the car park section could reopen first.

It has been a challenging tight city centre site with significant heritage, archaeological and neighbourly agreements which we have successfully navigated. We would be happy to speak to you about such challenges and how we can unlock opportunities and mitigate risks.
