Sunderland, Hillthorn Business Park – Shortlisted for IAS Awards

Hillthorn Business Park, Sunderland is shortlisted for Best Overall Scheme in the category of Multi-Let Industrial Estate at this year’s Industrial Agent Society awards to be held on Wednesday, 25^th September at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

Marick Real Estate advised Legal and General’s IPIF fund, acting as Development Manager, on the development and leasing of this speculative industrial estate extending to some 363,000 sq ft of industrial units in the northeast, adjacent to the Nissan plant.
